It actually still is on sale for $0.99 on Amazon.com right now, but if you live outside of the US, the price may vary depending on your location. The sales are not always consistent between every country. Sorry!

I live in Australia & was super excited about “Brighter than the son” being out only….I couldn’t find it on my kindle as I preordered & then with your links it tells me I ” already bought this book” & I will receive it on the 5th November. This isn’t fair

Sorry to hear that! Brighter Than The Sun has already been released in the US and is now live there. Occasionally release dates differ between countries though unfortunately (but it is pretty rare).

Do you read or feature anything that isn’t considered a romance? I’d like some good dark/ dark-ish mysteries w/ or w/o a light romance subplot.

I do sometimes include thrillers or mysteries if they’re very highly rated and sound intriguing. I’m careful to only choose ones that seem to have satisfying endings though because romance readers naturally want those so if there’s a non-romance book posted, I try to pick ones that’ll still somehow appeal to romance readers. I also do post Women’s Fiction books again as long as they’re highly rated, I like the sound of them, and they have good endings. Hope that helps!

Does anyone read Jodi Picoult? The Storyteller, one of her best rated books, is on sale for 1.99. I have the hardback that I won but it’s about 2 inches thick. I have carpal bad and can’t hold it. My Mom read it and loved it so have waited for it to go on sale. This is reg 12.99 and the first time ever on sale. Just sayin.

So great to see books like Tiffanie DeBartolo’s God Shaped Hole on here. Thank you for including such a classic! Wonderful book but not for the feint-hearted. Read some reviews first people because the ending might be hard to take for some. Going in fore-warned is advised. It’s worth the heart-pain because the book is awesome. And if you love rock romances there’s always her incredible How To Kill A Rockstar to sink your teeth into! Great list 😀

Just signed up for this blog and am very excited to discover /read “The Bronze Horseman” series. I have never heard of it or the author, so score!
I love a lot of the books on your lists but I see no reviews on the series by Nalini Singh or Thea Harrison? If you have never come across them I can highly recommend them 🙂 They are on par with J R Ward although different of course.

The reason you don’t see reviews for those are because I read a lot of the big PNR series prior to starting my blog — so before my reviewing days — and I just didn’t get around to those two before transitioning to more standalone or smaller series type contemporary romances. I still love PNR and I love series so I go back one day and read the ones I missed.
