Note from Aestas: Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been quiet the last few days! I’ve been at Book Bash in Orlando meeting authors and readers and having an absolutely wonderful time! I’m still traveling now but I’ll be home in a few hours now and will be loading a post with pictures from the event and starting a few new giveaways later today so stay tuned! In the meantime, here’s a recap of sales, new releases, pre-orders and news from the last few days 🙂

• Out of Breath (Breathing Series #3) by Rebecca Donovan!! This is the final book in that trilogy. It’s a fan favorite and I’ll be starting them this week now that all 3 are available.

• Uncharted: An On The Island Novella by Tracey Garvis Graves. This is a spin-off novella that is not a stand alone and should only be read after On The Island (which is on a rare $2.99 sale today – down from the regular $7.99). I’ve read both of these and absolutely adore them.

• This Man Confessed (This Man #3) by Jodi Ellen Malpas. The final book in this trilogy. I’ve read the first book and had some issues with it but a lot of readers loved the series so definitely worth checking out for yourself.

• Facade (The Games Series #2) by Nyrae Dawn. This is a companion book to Charade following Adrian’s story.

• $2.99 sale for On The Island by Tracey Garvis Graves. EVERYONE MUST BUY THIS BOOK!!!!! This is one of the best books I have EVER read and it never goes on sale. I really mean NEVER. But it’s $2.99 right now!!! So if any of you haven’t read it yet, TRUST ME and get a copy. This book is beyond beautiful. One of my top favorites!! It’s also a stand alone with a happy ending. Book #1 There Is No Light In Darkness is not on sale but must be read first and is only $2.99. I really loved these books and totally fell in love with the hero Cole! It’s a completed series with a happy ending + epilogue. If you’re looking for a blend of mystery and romance, check these out!

• $0.99 sale & recommendation for Back To You by Priscilla Glenn!! One of my all-time FAVORITE second-chance love stories is on SALE for $0.99!! This is a beautiful, emotional stand alone romance with a happy ending. Read my 5-star review. Everyone should read this!! Highly recommended!

• $0.99 sale & recommendation for Emancipating Andie by Priscilla Glenn!! A beautiful stand alone romance with a happy ending set against the back drop of a road trip. Read my review. If you are looking for a quiet, sweet love story to read in between intense books, this is it!

• $0.99 sale & recommendation for Hearts In Darkness by Laura Kaye!! My favorite 100-page novella is on SALE today!! What happens when you get stuck in an pitch black elevator for 4 hours with a gorgeous tattooed man you only got a tiny glimpse of? This is perfect for nights when you don’t have time for a full-length book.

• $0.99 New Release: Branded by Abi Ketner and Missy Kalicicki!! This is a New Adult Dystopian forbidden romance which I loved and would highly recommend if you’re looking for something ‘different’. Here’s my review or you can buy it here for only $0.99!

• $0.99 sale on Charade (The Games Series #1) by Nyrae Dawn. This is an emotional stand alone with a happy ending. Read my review.

• $1.99 sale on Losing It by Cora Carmack. This is a light, cute and fluffy New Adult contemporary romance with a happy ending. The hero is a hot British professor 😉 Read my review.

• $0.99 sale alert for Take Care, Sara by Lindy Zart !! This is near the top of my to-read pile! I hear it’s a highly emotional stand alone with a happy ending. Sounds like my kind of book!!

• $0.99 sale for Escape From Paradise by Gwendolyn Field !! A reader alerted me to this book and after reading the blurb, I immediately one-clicked. Basically it’s about a girl who goes missing in Mexico and a UK agent who makes it his mission to find her! It’s a stand alone with a happy ending (according to reviews) + it’s only $0.99!!

• $0.99 sale on Sin at Sea by Emma Nichols!! This 114-page novella was recently released and I haven’t read it but I’ve seen it described as “short, hot and sweet”.

• Price drop on Dare You To (Pushing The Limits #2) by Katie McGarry. This $9.00 New Adult romance book has dropped in price to $2.99 for a limited time. I loved book #1, Pushing The Limits, (read my review) and am looking forward to getting to this one too.

• Recommendation for a cause!! In The Stillness by Andrea Randall is a painfully heartbreaking, emotionally charged and beautifully crafted story of love, loss and healing. It is also one of the best books I have ever read (read my review). I gave it 6 stars! It is a stand alone with a happy ending but bring tissues!! Also, the author is donating 5% of all sales to homeless veterans 🙂

• Freebie Alert for Beg by CD Reiss!! I haven’t read this myself but several readers have recommended it to me. It’s the first in an on-going dominant billionaire series of 100-page novellas called the Songs of Submission. The first is free, the next 5 are out and 3 more are on the way. If you read it before me, I’d love your feedback!

• Pre-order is live for Colleen Hoover’s new book Maybe Someday!! This is a New Adult Contemporary Romance Standalone coming March 18, 2014! Colleen is one of my top favorite authors – I will read anything she writes. But check out what she had to say about Maybe Someday:

If you aren’t familiar with them yet and are rolling your eyes, trust me and take a closer look ‘cuz I’ve read the first 2 and seriously, they are just gold!!

OTHER NEWS

• Fifty Shades of Grey movie news!!! It has been officially confirmed that the movie will open in theaters August 1, 2014!!!! That means Christian Grey will be here next summer!

The global release of Fifty Shades of Grey will start in North America on Friday, August 1st, 2014 with opening dates around the world to be announced. The Focus Features domestic theatrical release will be in theaters nationwide. Universal Pictures International is releasing the movie in the rest of the world.

Sam Taylor-Johnson is directing the highly anticipated film adaptation of E L James’ #1 bestselling book.Fifty Shades of Grey has been adapted into a screenplay by Kelly Marcel. Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti are producing the movie version alongside Ms. James.

Universal Pictures and Focus Features acquired the rights to the three books in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy in March 2012. Focus Features will market and distribute the first film in partnership with Universal.

• Also, please note that EL James has confirmed that the news post claiming that the Fifty Shades movie casting would be revealed at Comic Con was nothing more than a rumour.
