I recently read The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah and was absolutely blown away by the emotional depth and epic scope of this beautiful story! This book owned my heart. The ending was so powerful that I read the last 10 pages with tears pouring down my face and days after finishing my read, I still couldn’t stop thinking about it.   13. I read this book, I think, around the same time you did because I remember seeing your reading updates while I was sobbing uncontrollably. In all this time since, it’s still the book that stands out to me more than anything else I’ve read in quite a long time. I still don’t know how to review it properly or do it justice. My GR review, written immediately after I finished reading, is, to this day, exactly how I feel about this book https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/1223452347.
