TOP RECOMMENDATION: Wicked Heart by Leisa Rayven (Read my Review)
SQUEEEEEEE!!!! OH. MY. GOSH!!!! This amazing book was absolutely unputdownable!!! Actually, Liam, the sexy, gorgeous hero might top my 2016 book boyfriend list. But holy heavens THE. ANGST. WAS. INTENSE!! I swooned, I laughed, actually cried, I fanned myself from the sheer HOTNESS, and my heart raced non-stop from the first time they met til the very last page. Their love seemed so impossible that my heart just HURT. But the surprising TWIST was absolutely brilliant. Gah. This book was PERFECT. Elissa and Liam’s love story was brimming with emotion, intensity, and hotness. Once you start reading this book, you won’t be able to stop. I highly recommend getting a copy immediately and clearing your schedules to read it because this is one of the BEST BOOKS OF THE YEAR!! 5 STARS!

*whispers quietly* Ok guys, my personal opinion is that if there’s only ONE book that you get from this whole list this week, it should be Wicked Heart. Seriously, just trust me. IT WAS AMAZING & ADDICTIVE!!!

TOP RECOMMENDATION: The Problem With Forever by Jennifer L. Armentrout (Read my Review)
OMG!!! This was such a wonderful YA standalone! It’s a bit of a childhood friends-to-lovers / second chance romance style story… The hero and heroine grew up in the same foster home where he protected her each day and kept her as safe. Until one day he disappeared. Four years went by and she didn’t see or hear from him again even though she never forgot him. Until she walks into a new high school on the first day of her senior year and sees him again. And all the intensity between them comes rushing back… I absolutely LOVED their story. It kept my heart racing non-stop and took me right back to the thrills and emotions of falling in love for the first time. It’s definitely a NEW FAVORITE and luckily it’s now live!!

WOW!! This book was amazing! I just finished reading it. It’s a real genuine fantasy romance novel which is totally different than the contemporary romance stories I usually read. But in truth, the kinds of stories that captivate me the most are the ones that completely step outside the lines while still staying true to the elements I love and crave from the Romance genre. This book was BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN, stunningly imaginative, poetic, thrilling, romantic, and exciting. It was like going on an adventure and being swept away in a fantastical fairy tale filled with danger, magic, and woven together with a love story! I’ve loved this author’s writing for a long time and this story was exceptional!!! If you’re looking for new book to read that is captivating and UNIQUE, try this!! — “Silence, daughter. Stay alive.”

NEW REVIEW: The Debt by Tyler King (Read my Review)
This was a great standalone friends-to-lovers romance with a sexy, swoony, tattooed and pierced tortured hero who was totally fucked up but utterly lovable and who melted my heart over and over again… and a strong, sassy, feisty heroine!! This was pure old-school New Adult Romance with that delicious balance of angst, hotness, witty banter, heart-break, and healing. And it’s all told in the male POV! — “Half the time I wanted to throttle that girl. The other half I wanted to wrap her in blankets and swear my undying allegiance if she’d smile again. NEWEST FAVORITE: Sidebarred by Emma Chase
This companion novella to Sustained (my review) was such a sweet read! If you love romances with kids, these are must-reads!! Sustained (a standalone full novel) was one of my favorite books of 2015 and Sidebarred had the heart-warming feels you can imagine packed into a gorgeous novella about the same couple. It was swoony, hilarious, adorable, and even hot!!! It had all thing things so many of us romance readers love: family, babies, parenting, and a massive epilogue with every single detail you could ever possibly wish for… I LOVED IT!!! Definitely would recommend these!

JUST FINISHED READING (ARC): It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover (review coming)
OMG. OMG. OMG!!! Woah… I just read an early copy of this GORGEOUS book and it is easily one of the most raw, honest, inspiring, and profoundly beautiful books I’ve ever read. Holy hell, it was POWERFUL!!! It wasn’t anything like what I expected, but it delivered SO MUCH more than I ever hoped for. It’s the kind of story that I want to give to every single woman and be like… READ THIS BOOK. NOW. Come to think of it, men should read it too. EVERYONE should read it. It’s a story of unshakable LOVE and finding the STRENGTH to make the right choice. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been PROUDER of a heroine. I love this author’s books because she always writes UNIQUE stories… and this one left a lasting mark on my heart. It is a MUST-READ BOOK of 2016!!! Be sure to pre-order a copy!

LATEST REVIEW: Dirty by Kylie Scott (Read my Review)
This was such a FUN ROMANCE!!! I read it in one sitting this evening and it was great!! Light-hearted, sexy, funny, and exactly the kind of book I was looking for right now!! It’s the first standalone in a new series of standalones so you get a complete story. — The last thing Vaughan Hewson expects to find when he returns to his childhood home is a broken hearted bride in his shower, let alone the drama and chaos that come with her… Just when this runaway bride has nowhere left to turn, a handsome stranger offers her a broad, muscular shoulder to cry on. Vaughan is the exact opposite of the picture perfect, respected businessmen she’s normally drawn to. This former musician-turned-bartender is rough around the edges and is facing his own crossroads. I’m super excited!!! This new book was AWESOME and it was just released!!! Kristen Ashley is one of my all-time favorite authors, and she’s also the queen of Alpha male romance. Bounty was the ultimate slow-burning romance. This is exactly how a soul-deep love that is first built on a beautiful friendship should be written. The story begins when Justice and Deke meet one night in a biker bar. Neither of them were looking for anything, but they found each other. They sparked, they connected. In those few moments, a part of her heart belonged to him forever. It being late though, they arranged for him to pick her up the next day on his bike. She waited and waited but, with no explanation, he never showed and she didn’t hear from him again for the next seven years. And seven years later is when the real story begins… and it. was. GORGEOUS!!! Be sure to get it! (can be read as a standalone)

What an AWESOME book!! I read it in one sitting because I could NOT put it down even for a minute!! It was exactly the kind of book I was looking for. The story started off as SEXY, SASSY, and SWOONY with an intriguing story and fun banter. Then turned HOT and HEART-WARMING, right before a huge TWIST that brought all the ANGST and FEELS!! It was the perfect blend of everything I could hope for in an ADDICTIVE romance! I loved it!
