NEW REVIEW & RECOMMENDATION: The Hard Count by Ginger Scott (Read my Review)
Holy wow, this book had SO. MUCH. HEART. It was an uplifting YA sports romance that captured my attention from the first few pages. I swear, there were scenes that literally gave me CHILLS. This author perfectly captured the INTENSITY and PASSION of the game and in the midst of it all was a forbidden LOVE between the coach’s daughter, a wealthy privileged girl, and the new and unexpected star quarterback, a charismatic and talented boy from the wrong side of town, falling in love against the odds, believing in their love enough to make it last, and playing hard enough to win. My HEART RACED and everything just came alive as I read. I was swept away by the story and could not put it down. It was different. It was inspiring. It was beautiful. I absolutely LOVED IT!! — “Quarterback. Hero. Heart. Good. I hated him before I needed him. I fell for him fast. I loved him when it was almost too late. When two ugly worlds collide, even the strongest fall. But my world…it hasn’t met the boy from West End.”
NEW REVIEW & RECOMMENDATION: Stealing Home by Nicole Williams (Read my Review)
SQUEEE!!!! I recently read this FUN romance and loved it!!! It had a sexy, swoony, heartbreakingly sweet hero who not only had fallen head-over-heels in love with the heroine but was also a loving, caring guardian to his three younger sisters. Seriously. Talk about SWOOOOOOOON!!!!! And his relationship with the heroine was kind of forbidden because they worked together so everything had to be secret… It was a really great read and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a swoony light-hearted romance with heart-melting hero to fall in love with!! 😀
