Here’s a round up of some of the latest releases and sales, along with some of my recommendations. There are lots of awesome books to choose from here!! Happy reading, everyone 🙂

The second volume of this reader-favorite novella serial was just released!! ➜ “My rules are simple: One dinner. One night. No repeats. This is only casual sex. Nothing more. Nothing less. At least it was, until “Alyssa”. ($0.99 each)

 

CONFESSIONS OF A LITIGATION GOD by Sawyer Bennett — New Release

This standalone erotic novel follows the story of Matt & McKayla from the Legal Affairs series!! You do NOT have to read the other series first. I’m really intrigued by this one!! It has an “addiction” theme but this one is different in that it’s not the main couple who are addicted, it’s their siblings. And THEY are brought together when his sister dies and her brother returns (battling his addiction) leaving them both with a niece neither of them knew existed. — Oh, and it’s on sale now for only $0.99!!

 

TAINT by S.L. Jennings — New Release

I haven’t read this yet but that is quite the blurb!! ➜ “Who am I? Well, for the next six weeks, I will be your lover, your teacher, your best friend, and your worst enemy. Your every-f*cking-thing. THE DARK LIGHT OF DAY by TM Frazier — $0.99 Recommendation

This is not your typical romance, but I loved it!! It was dark, gritty, and even brutal, but also beautiful, sexy & heartwarming. It’s a standalone about a girl who’s been through hell and has survived a brutal childhood… And she’s now homeless, sleeping in a junkyard, and on the run when she meets Jake, a tattooed blue-eyed biker with secrets that rival her own…

 

THE LOVE SERIES: BOX SET by Melissa Collins — $0.99 Bundle

This includes 2 full length novels and 1 novella that tell a complete romance between two people from very different worlds of pain who find fall in love with each other despite their best efforts at guarding their hearts. Ooooh, and the blurb says the hero is a bad boy!!

 

PENANCE: A LOVE STORY by Sarah Buhl — New Release

I’m told that the hero of this standalone romance is shy but strong, tattooed, and “one of the sweetest assholes you’ll ever meet” oh AND he’s a virgin (!!) while the heroine is a more of a daring free spirit but lives a life where she feels plagued by guilt for a mistake in her past… and this is their love story.

 

WHISPER TO ME by Christina Lee — New Release

This is a “hot and consuming New Adult romance” about a wayward musician/ bad boy who has been head over heels in love with the one girl who keeps him grounded ever since he helped nurse her back to health after an accident…

 

BEHIND HIS EYES: THE MISSING YEARS by Aleatha Romig — New Release

This Alpha male romance is on sale for a limited time only!! And as they begin to work together on the case, things also heat up between them. It was bossy man meets smartass woman!

 

SIGNAL BEND SERIES by Susan Fanetti

This is an MC series called SIGNAL BEND and I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about it recently. I haven’t read them but they have quite good ratings. The hero of the first book is President of the Night Horde Motorcycle Club and de facto protector of the dying town of Signal Bend… and “action, sex, and drama ensue as Isaac and Lilli try to navigate the rocky terrain between trust and threat.” — They should be read in order: #1 Move The Sun, #2 Behold The Stars, #3 Into The Storm, #4 Alone On Earth, #4.5 In Dark Woods, #5 All The Sky.

 

THE SWEET GUM TREE by Katherine Allred — $1.49 Recommendation

This was one of my most favorite standalone romances of all-time. It’s honestly one of the most beautifully written, intense, and emotional second chance love stories I’ve ever read. It’s both heart wrenching and heart warming and I remember when I first read it that it kept me up all night glued to the page. It was absolutely a 5 STAR read for me!

 

FULL MEASURES by Rebecca Yarros — $0.99 Sale + Reader Recommendation

Everyone keeps telling me I have to read this book and it’s only $0.99 if you haven’t grabbed it yet!! It’s a standalone romance and it’s about a young woman who, after soldiers being news of her dad’s death, has to “singlehandedly care for her crumbling family… Then Josh Walker enters her life. Hockey star, her new next-door neighbor… He has a way of erasing the pain [and] she can’t deny their intense attraction. Until Josh’s secret shatters their world…”

 

HEART SHAPED ROCK by Laura Roppe — New Release

This is a mature YA standalone romance with a rock star hero!! Based on the blurb it seems that the heroine hasn’t played her guitar since the death of her mother but “when she meets a gorgeous and surprising rocker”, he helps her heal. It also has music that accompanies the story. I haven’t read it but am posting in case you want to check it out!

 

WHEN I BREAK TRILOGY by Kendall Ryan

This trilogy is now complete!! It’s about a sex addict who falls for his virgin councillor and the blurb says it “contains a stubborn alpha male with addiction issues and loads of sexual tension between two damaged characters. Read at your own risk.”

 

CLIPPED WINGS SERIES by Helena Hunting

This trilogy is also now complete and I can’t wait to start reading it!!! The blurb calls it an emotional love story between two young people who desperately want to love and be loved but are afraid to completely let go of their pasts!! <— Love that!!

 

SAVIOUR  & RESOLUTION by Lesley Jones

After finishing Carnage and loving it, I went looking for books by this author. This is a 2-book contemporary romance series (HEA) and the blurb says: “Join Lauren and Gabriel on their emotional, funny, sexy and traumatic journey as they try to conquer the demons from their past and try to build a future together. Their story will make you laugh and it will make you cry and sometimes do both at the same time! This isn’t a hearts and flowers romance, it follows the story of two broken people, trying to find a way forward together after being let down in the worst possible ways.”

 

LATE CALL by Emma Hart — $0.99 Sale

This recently released book is about a high class call girl who gets booked by a man who she fell in love with seven years ago in Paris!! “They walked away at the end of the summer, never imagining they’d meet again. Now he’s her client.”

 

ALL LINED UP by Cora Carmack — New Release + Sale

For a limited time only, this new release from Cora Carmack is only $1.99!!! The hero is a “supremely hot” football player with a lot to prove, while the heroine is the coach’s daughter who just wants a life of her own… I haven’t read it yet but it has great ratings!

 

ENTICE by Rachel Van Dyken — New Release + Sale

This is a Mafia-themed romance that is the third book in Rachel Van Dyken’s highly rated Eagle Elect series but can also be read as a standalone and it’s on sale for a limited time!! I am told that it’s best to read them in order though: #1 Elite, #2 Elect, #3 Entice.

 

KISS THIS & TAME THIS by Hadley Quinn — $0.99

Both of the books in this series are on sale now. They are interconnected standalone romances. The first book is about a girl who lost her first love tragically and since then has promised herself she wouldn’t kiss anyone she didn’t love. When she meets the hero, he’s the first guy to make her want to disregard that rule and so she makes a bet not to kiss him for a week… oh, and he has a secret! … and the next book is about another couple. I haven’t read then but I’ve heard good things!

FINDING US by Megan Smith — $0.99 Sale

This one sounds interesting. I haven’t read it but the blurb says it can be read as a standalone… SHE is running from her past and HE is out for revenge from the man who ripped away his future. When their lives crash together, “he’s torn. What is he supposed to do about falling for the girl who was to be part of his plan for retaliation?”

 

TAKE CARE, SARA by Lindy Zart — $1.99 Sale

This emotional standalone romance that I read last year is on sale!! It’s about a woman devastated after the loss of her beloved husband. How do you continue living when the person you love most in the world is forever torn out of your life? And it’s the story of both her pain and also of someone who slowly helps her heal and find happiness again

 

CRAZY GOOD by Rachel Robinson — $0.99 Sale

I’ve had this one recommended to me by sooooo many readers recently!!! It’s a standalone romance with a Navy SEAL hero!! The blurb says ➜ “Before there were bikers, or fighters, or even good old-fashioned jerks, there were Navy SEALs. They put the bad in badass because, well…it’s their job.”

 

 

ROOM FOR YOU & ROOM FOR MORE by Beth Ehemann

If anyone is ever looking for a SWOONY romance that’ll have your heart melting, I highly recommend this 2-book series!! I read these last month and fell in LOVE with Brody!! The heroine is a single mom with little twin girls, and the hero is a famous hockey player and when a storm strands him at the Inn she runs, he has to stay a few days…. oh, and he calls her little girls his Twinkies!!!

 

A LIFE LESS BROKEN by Margaret McHeyzer — Recent Release

I had this standalone romance recommended to me so I’m passing on the link in case you want to check it out too. It’s about a woman who suffered a horrific trauma and the hero is a psychiatrist who is drawn to difficult cases and determined to help her heal.
