(The author told me no cheating, no triangle, HEA.)

 

NIGHT OWL by M. Pierce – erotic romance, paperback release

This was one of the hottest, most addictive, and well written books I’ve read. I was hooked from the first page and pretty much squeed and fanned my way through most of the book!! I didn’t want to put it down, didn’t want to stop reading… It was funny, kinky, a little angsty, a lot sexy!! I totally LOVED it and highly recommend it for anyone who loves hot romance with a fantastic story!! GRACE FOR DROWNING by Maya Cross – fighter romance

New fighter book!!! This is a standalone (no cliffhanger) about a guy who’s had everything stolen from him, his friends, fiance, innocence and all he has left is fighting in the cage. Then he meets Grace and she’s fighting the same demons as him but she’s losing. He doesn’t want to care but something about her calls to him…

 

HARDER by Robin York – college romance

This is the second and final book in the Caroline & West series (first book, Deeper, is on sale now) and the story is about a college student who is attacked online when her ex posts sex pictures of her. She tries to make the pics disappear… then a guy she barely knows rises to her defence…

 

THE SAINT by Tiffany Reisz – erotic BDSM

Say The Word by Julie Johnson (My Review) 

I loved this!!! It was a second chance romance standalone with some suspense and from the moment I started reading, I couldn’t put it down. Even from the first few chapters, I had butterflies, my heart was racing, I was excited, curious, heartbroken, laughing. ➜ “The heart isn’t like the liver. It doesn’t regenerate, no matter how much time passes. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. I’d left mine with Sebastian when I walked away that day, and I hadn’t seen it in the seven years since.”

 

 

Burned by Tara Sivec (My Review) 

This erotic standalone second chance romance hooked me right from the prologue and I literally read this whole book in one sitting. It was fast-paced, emotional, addictive, and SCORCHING H-O-T!!!!!! Also, it was bit shorter than most (180 pages) so great for when you don’t have time for a long book. No cliffhanger! I highly recommend it!!

Scoring Wilder by R.S. Grey (My Review) 

This was a fun, sexy forbidden romance standalone with a bad boy hero who will melt your heart. Be prepared to swoon over Liam Wilder! He’s a professional soccer player with a bad boy reputation and he’s falling hard for the heroine… problem is, he just became her new coach and their relationship is forbidden… 😉

53 Letters For My Lover by Leylah Attar (My Review) 

This standalone was a sexy, daring, and powerful debut novel that told a beautifully written forbidden romance spanning three decades. But it was also very different than I was expecting — it was actually more “Women’s Fiction” than full Romance but with a very intense love story running throughout it. So at first, it took me a while to adjust to that genre difference but my gosh, the writing was stunning and Troy & Shayda’s love story will stay with me for a long time.

 

 

My Skylar by Penelope Ward (My Review) 

This standalone second chance romance put me through the ringer I don’t think I’ve ever had such a strong “love-hate” reaction to a book before. I went through a lot of conflicting emotions but, despite the conflict, I did really like it.

“From the moment you came into my life all those years ago, you made me feel like I had a purpose on this Earth. Over time, I discovered what it was. It was to love you.”

 

 

Dearest Clementine by Lex Martin (My Review) 

This was a sweet college romance standalone mixed in with some mystery too about a girl whose trust in friends, family, and men had been broken and the sweet, loving guy who helped her rebuild it. I really enjoyed it and swooned hard over Gavin Murphy!

“Don’t apologize,” he says, pausing to look at me in the eye. “You don’t have to explain yourself. I choose you. I want you.” 

 

 

Five Ways To Fall by K.A. Tucker (My Review) 

This was the 4th standalone in the Ten Tiny Breaths series. The heroine was quite the rebel but was trying to turn her life around… and she was doing great aside from an epically humiliating one-night stand in Cancun with a hot blond bouncer named Ben. She was hoping to just put that whole night behind her but when she turns up for work, she finds herself face to face with him again;) ➜ “If you have to fight over a guy, he’s not worth it. Go for the one who’s waiting for you.”

 

 

Infinity + One by Amy Harmon (My Review) 

This standalone was about a heroine was a rich and famous superstar but she just wanted to die. The hero was a brilliant and broken nobody who just wated a chance at life. It was a quiet read, and a bit of a twist on the Bonnie & Clyde story (but of course, with a different ending).

One girl. One boy. An act of compassion. A bizarre set of circumstances. And a choice – turn your head and walk away, or reach out your hand and risk it all?

I was absolutely blown away by this series!! It was one of the best & most unforgettable series I’ve ever read. It’s beautifully written, deeply emotional and it’s the kind of story that stays with you forever. It was 5 STARS for me!! Right now, you can buy the complete series (3.5 books) bundled together on sale AND, if you’ve already read the Emi series, then you can check out the YA spin-off series: #1 Contessa ($0.99), and #2 Olivia (just released).
