HOLY WOW!!! So, I’ve finally worked up the courage to read this series — THE ORIGINAL SINNERS by Tiffany Reisz — that I’ve literally had on my reading list since mid-2012. I was equally curious about and yet kinda scared of it… but I’m glad I read it because OMG… it was GOOD!!! The writing was absolutely AMAZING! The story though was verrryyy different than a lot of what I read. It’s an erotic BDSM world and while there was definitely very deep, all-consuming LOVE, it was NOT a traditional romance. It was taboo and shocking at times, raw but extremely honest, very intricate and complex… It took me WAY the hell out of my usual “reading comfort zone” but the characters, the WRITING, and the DEPTH of the story hooked me on the series! I binge-read the first 4 books back-to-back! Purchase links and reviews below 😀

My newest TOP recommendations are Fisher’s Light by Tara Sivec because seriously EVERYONE needs to read this book!! Everyone. Also Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty which is actually fiction, not romance, but I read it to try something different than my usual and was blown away by the writing and story!!!! And Here With Me and Choose Me by Heidi McLaughlin — an awesome UNIQUE 2-book second chance military romance story with a very unique set-up! Oh and I’ve also recently loved Pocketful of Sand by M. Leighton and Where One Goes by BN Toler. And finally, my list of Best Books of 2015 has been updated!
